Minority AIDS Initiative CQM Team

Effective December 2022, The MAI CQM Team has been absorbed by the Clinical Quality Management (CQM) Committee and will no longer meet. An MAI CQM standing agenda item will be added to CQM Committee meeting agendas.

The Miami-Dade County Office of Management and Budget-Grants Coordination (OMB) is the Ryan White Program Recipient.
Behavioral Science Research Corporation (BSR) is the Recipient’s contracted CQM subrecipient. The MAI CQM Team is comprised of Ryan White Program providers and clients acting in an advisory capacity to both OMB and BSR.

Member Responsibilities

• Develop innovations to reduce disparities in care.
• Improve service delivery.
• Improve client health outcomes.
• Link minority populations with other Ryan White Program services to add value to the Medical Case Management and Outpatient Ambulatory Healthcare Services delivered under MAI.
