What We Do
The Retention and Relinkage QI Team is a part of the Clinical Quality Management Committee, focusing on identifying quality improvement opportunities in linking new clients to Ryan White Program (RWP) care, reducing the numbers of RWP clients who are lost to care, and returning RWP clients back into care.
The QI work of this team is embedded in the Miami-Dade County HIV/AIDS Integrated Plan, and special attention is directed toward disparity populations – Black/African American men and women, and Hispanic MSM – identified in the Plan. Data analyses point the way to identifying vulnerabilities in the network of care, and QI interventions are directed toward RWP providers who are willing to engage in the QI process.
The Retention and Relinkage QI Team membership is voluntary. Meetings take place monthly on the last Tuesday of the month, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the United Way Ansin Building, 3250 SW 3rd Avenue, Miami.
